Our firm is located in South Miami, Florida ½ mile to the West of the Palmetto Expressway (S.R. 826) on Sunset Drive.  George J. Talianoff (1910 – 1995) and Mark R. Rubin (1932 – 2007) joined their practices in 1972.  George's grandson and Mark's son, Jeff, joined the firm in 1989.  As of 1994, the firm became known as Talianoff Rubin & Rubin.

Jeff has been practicing law since 1989 concentrating in the area of workers' compensation and creditors' rights.  He has also represents buyers and sellers in real estate matters, probate, landlord/tenant, small business and corporate matters. Jeff is an AV rated lawyer with Martindale-Hubbell. The firm is listed in American Layers Quarterly (ALQ) and General Bar publications.
